I was delighted to be asked to be the Guest Editor for this very special edition of Lift Industry News when I met Pat, the editor of LIN, at the first Women in the Lift Industry event organised by Dewhurst and A&A, where I had the pleasure of speaking.

Standing in that room, it struck me how important it was for so many of us women to come together to share our journeys. My own journey certainly wasn’t planned.
