Firstly, could you share a brief round up of your role?

I'm the Global Head of Sales for WeMaintain. I've been in the role for five years and I lead the sales across five markets – the UK, France, Portugal, Hong Kong and Singapore. That covers maintenance, modernisation, new installations and our IoT offering as well.

I lead a large international sales team, working through a leadership group of senior managers and senior sellers who report directly to me. Within that team, we’re responsible for driving growth across our five markets, so it's a wide remit, but for me, it's very much all about building and developing relationships with a common end goal.
