Congratulations to James and Gemma who got married last week in the stunning Valley of Fire!

AND James was recently awarded a Chief Constable’s Commendation for stepping in during a mental health crisis last June. Someone was on the roof of an eight-storey car park in Norwich and James climbed the outside of the building to reach them and managed to help bring them to safety. As James says: Mental health struggles often happen out of sight — but they’re very real. If you ever see someone in distress, don’t underestimate the power of simply showing up.
