Stannah recently announced an important milestone in Stannah's journey, a new governance model that strengthens the family business for continued growth and evolution.
After 150 years of adaptation and innovation, we're introducing a dual-board structure:
Governance Board - focused on oversight, stewardship, and long-term strategy
Executive Board - setting direction, appoint and empowering business leaders and ensuring accountability
We're also thrilled to welcome the 6th generation to executive leadership, starting with Sam Stannah joining the Executive Board alongside Alastair Stannah, Nick Stannah, and Debi Coveney.
And we're appointing dedicated CEOs for our two major divisions:
Marco Luna - CEO, Home Accessibility
Archie Hungwe - CEO, Lifts Distribution & Service
Both Marco and Archie are current Stannah leaders who embody our values and have the vision to lead these businesses into their next chapter of growth.
This isn't about stepping back, it's about stepping up. We're clarifying roles so our family can focus on what we do best: long-term vision, values, and patient capital investment. Meanwhile, our CEOs will have full operational authority to drive performance and innovation.

We heard from Marco Luna, the new CEO of Home Accessibility, on his vision for the division that's installed over 1 million stairlifts globally and is now expanding into homelifts.
