Pickerings East Anglia Lift Engineer Vaughan is celebrating a whopping 45 years’ service with the company.  He joined in 1980, deciding to follow in his dad’s footsteps as he also worked at Pickerings at the time. Vaughan opted to become an apprentice engineer rather than pursue a career in football, having spent time at Arsenal and QPR ⚽

Vaughan said: “Pickerings has been very good to me. The changing team over the years has always been very supportive. We’re always well-trained, whether it’s health and safety or keeping up to date with new technology, which I’ve seen a lot of over the years!”
