As National Apprenticeship Week came to an end, Stannah reflected on something that has shaped the company from the very start: their apprentices.

🛠️ From engineering and digital roles to finance, manufacturing and business support, apprenticeships continue to play a central role in how we develop talent and build skills for life. Our dedicated lift engineering training centre gives apprentices the chance to work with full‑scale equipment in a safe, purpose‑built environment from day one. 

This year’s cohort spans lift engineering, digital and technology solutions, accounting, electromechanics, maintenance and operations, business administration and construction support. Each apprentice is developing the confidence, capability, curiosity and growing the opportunities that will shape their future pathways. 🌱

Supporting apprentices isn’t just something we do during one week of the year - it’s a long‑standing commitment to creating meaningful opportunities and building the future of our workforce.
