A power cut mid-breakfast at a nearby hotel  and someone got stuck in the lift! Thankfully, Kris McGough from Rise Compliance (who just happens to be staying at the hotel) was on hand to step in and rescue them safely. Had them out in under 2 minutes. Cool, calm, collected and clearly more than ready for LiftEx!
