As part of LEIA’s succession planning, Nick Mellor will be stepping aside from his role as Managing Director to take up a reduced-hours position, continuing to provide guidance and continuity to the management team and the incoming MD. This transition reflects Nick’s wish to step back from full-time leadership while ensuring a smooth handover and continued success for the association.
