A huge congratulations to Emily Hitching at PIP Lift Service, who has been named Overall NCC Apprentice of the Year! 🏆 The award recognises apprentices across 12 campuses and hundreds of apprenticeships in a wide range of industries and trades, making it a fantastic achievement.

Emily is already making a positive contribution to the lift industry. She speaks with engineering students about life as a lift engineer, promotes opportunities for women in engineering and encourages the next generation to consider a career in the sector. PIP says she is a real asset to the team and to the industry.

Well done, Emily! This recognition is thoroughly deserved, and we wish you every success in the next chapter of your career 👏
