September 2025

September 2025 was a busy month on the greens, as three fantastic golf events brought together enthusiasts from across the lift industry, all in support of mental health and charity initiatives.

Target Lifts’ 3rd Annual Golf Day

On Thursday 11th September, Target Lifts Ltd hosted their 3rd Annual Golf Day at the beautiful London Golf Club. Despite a forecast of unpredictable weather, every golfer was well-prepared with a Target-branded umbrella—an essential accessory as the showers made a timely appearance!

The day combined fun, food, trophies, and the infamous “spoon” award, but its main focus was raising funds for the Lift Industry Mental Health Charter and the Lift Industry Charity. Golfers donated to beat the club pro, and a live auction for two amazing golf experiences helped raise £4,000, split equally between the two charities.

A huge thank you to Lester Controls, PCM, and Lee Hawley for their generous contributions, and to Alice from Blacks Marketing Agency for expertly capturing the day on camera. The event was a resounding success and another memorable highlight for Target Lifts!

Lift Industry Mental Health Charter First Annual Golf Day

This month, the Lift Industry Mental Health Charter celebrated their first annual golf day at Lingdale Golf Club. The event was met with incredible support from sponsors, attendees, and donors, including those who couldn’t attend in person.

Congratulations to Mike B., who not only led his team to victory but also won the Nearest to Pin trophy on the hole he sponsored—a double triumph! The day was filled with competition, camaraderie, and plenty of laughter, followed by an entertaining evening. Footage and highlights will follow, and plans for the 2026 event are already underway.

The SafeLine Stockholm Cup

The inaugural SafeLine Stockholm Cup, a Ryder Cup style scramble team tournament, took place at The London Golf Club, featuring two teams, 🔴 vs 🔵, competing for the 🏆 and a chance to secure a spot on the ✈️ to 🇸🇪 for the 2027 tournament.

The Blues won!

With over 50 participants, the event was filled with laughter and camaraderie, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved. Thank you to all who attended and contributed.

All these events demonstrate the strength and generosity of the lift industry community. Beyond the trophies and competitions, the real winners were the charities supported.
