In April this year, Nick Forbes of A & A will be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon Limited as part of Team Mind, raising funds for Mind, the mental health charity.

This unique event takes runners past some of London’s famous landmarks, but the real impact is helping Mind ensure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

Mental health, especially in men, is still not spoken about enough, and Nick is passionate about encouraging more open conversations – it really is good to talk.
